Job summary

SeAH Wind in Tees Valley is seeking experienced Crane Operators to join our Production team. You will operate overhead gantry cranes to move heavy steel components, and perform Slinger & Signaller duties in line with lift plans and safety procedures.

This permanent shift-based role offers a 30% night shift allowance, opportunities for career development, and a chance to contribute to building foundations for offshore wind projects with a leading manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating overhead gantry cranes.
• Slinger & Signaller experience preferred.
• Experience in heavy and complex lifting operations.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead gantry cranes to move large steel components.
• Perform Slinger & Signaller duties and select lifting accessories.
• Follow lift plans, risk assessments and site safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-use inspections and report defects.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
