Job summary

Oliver Rae in Cradley Heath is seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Operator with multi-skilled capabilities to join a thriving steel business. You will operate overhead cranes, saws, and assist with loading, unloading and stock organisation.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, picking and packing, completing paperwork accurately and supporting goods in/goods out processes. The role offers a rotating shift pattern and pays £13.50 per hour to start, with increases after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Proven overhead crane operating experience.
• Previous steel industry experience is essential.
• Physically fit and comfortable with some heavy lifting.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused.

Pay Rates: £13.50 to start and then it will increase after 12 weeks

Shift Patterns: Rotating 05:30 - 14:00 & 13:30 - 22:00
