Job Title: Overhead Crane Labourer

Hours: 08:00 am till 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (with optional overtime paid at 1.3x and 1.5x)

Location: Droitwich

Salary: £12.50 per hour (increasing to £13 per hour after 3 months)

Duration: Permanent

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Overhead Crane Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience using overhead cranes and moving steel within a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate overhead cranes to move steel around the factory.
2. Assist with loading and unloading steel materials.
3. Willingness to work overtime, including outside regular hours (after 4:30 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.).
4. Work Saturday mornings as required.
