About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is looking for Oven Operatives to join a busy and well-established bread manufacturing site located on the docks in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hard-working individuals to work within a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and operating industrial baking ovens

Ensuring correct baking times and temperatures are followed

Carrying out visual checks and ensuring product quality

Working to hygiene and food safety standards

Liaising with the wider production team to meet output targets

Recording baking data and maintaining oven logs

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a food factory or production environment is preferred

Comfortable working in a warm environment near ovens

Able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality checks

Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work 12-hour shifts

Good communication skills and attention to detail
