Job summary

Harrison Holgate is seeking an Outwards Reinsurance Administrative Support in London for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will join the Outwards Reinsurance team and handle daily admin tasks with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Previous insurance experience is beneficial but not essential, with XL Pro or LORS knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting credit control, chasing aged debt and assisting with month-end processes.
• Assisting with quota share processes, issuing accounts and processing premium adjustments.
• Handling historic queries, data cleansing and general administrative duties.

Outwards Reinsurance Administrative Support

An excellent opportunity to join a specialist insurance business as an Outwards Reinsurance Administrative Support professional on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working closely with the Outwards Reinsurance team, you will support day-to-day reinsurance administration, ensuring accurate processing, system maintenance and timely completion of key operational tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining reinsurance systems, reviewing exceptions and resolving discrepancies.
