The Post:

We require a qualified, committed, creative, and enthusiastic class teacher to work in KS2 to help nurture and motivate our pupils and accelerate their learning, inspiring them to succeed. The Person:

1. Must have a strong passion for education.
2. Must be experienced and have a strong and thorough knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
3. Must have high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
4. Must have strong and effective classroom management skills.
5. Must possess the ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and a calm, organized work ethic.
6. Must have experience and understanding of organising, promoting, and evaluating the children’s learning.
7. Must be able to deliver well-planned, well-considered, and motivational lessons, with experience of motivating and managing young children effectively.
8. Must be able to accurately record pupil progress.
9. Must possess strong communication skills, appropriate for communicating effectively with staff, parents, and children.
