Outsourcing Manager and Management Accountant

Outsourcing Management Accountant

Location: Local offices in the South

Salary: £50k - £60k

Type: Permanent

The role:

You will use your management reporting, forecasting, and scenario-building skills to advise on business challenges and facilitate support from other specialist teams. Comfortable with cloud-technology (Xero, Dext, Fathom, etc.), you will proactively use automation and technology to find solutions and help design and implement financial systems.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients from various sectors, including life science spin-outs, entrepreneurial SMEs, and international groups.
• Leadership qualities to manage a team, including planning, mentoring, and reviewing work.
• Experience in management reporting, analysis, and interpretation against KPIs, with the ability to discuss these with clients for operational and strategic decisions.
• Experience working on projects involving designing and implementing Xero-based finance systems.
• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, or nearing qualification with relevant experience.
• Proactive, collaborative, and positive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
