H & H Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. is searching for a dynamic full- or part-time HVAC Outside Sales Manager to join our growing team in Essington, PA (serving Philadelphia, PA and Newark, DE). We offer flexible work arrangements and a chance to make a direct impact in the HVAC industry!

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

If you have a passion for HVAC and love engaging with people, this role offers $17 - $25/hour, based on full or part-time and experience level, plus a Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) program! We also offer generous full-time benefits! This includes:

  • 100% covered for employees after 90 days (spouse/family plans at employee's expense)

  • Paid time off (PTO) accrues after 90 days, increasing with tenure (½ day/month first year, 1 day/month second year, 1.5 days/month after 10 years)

This role offers both full-time and part-time options, giving you flexibility in managing your work-life balance. Your work will primarily take place remotely as you engage with customers and store associates at designated big box stores.

As a part-time HVAC Outside Sales Manager, your schedule will be:

  • Thursday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

As a full-time HVAC Outside Sales Manager, your schedule will vary weekly.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a part-time or full-time HVAC Outside Sales Manager, your day will begin with preparing for your scheduled shifts, where you'll head to big box stores in the Philadelphia County, Delaware County, New Castle County, and Wilmington DE areas. Once there, you'll engage with customers directly, answering questions, explaining HVAC systems, and promoting our services. You'll also spend time building relationships with store associates, educating them about our offerings and product knowledge, and creating new lead opportunities. Managing a team of part-time lead generators will be key to your success, as you'll oversee their activities, track their hours, and ensure they are meeting performance goals. Throughout the day, you'll track the leads generated and maintain strong communication with the team to ensure sales targets are being met. Your goal is not only to build rapport with customers but also to drive sales by creating lasting connections and identifying HVAC solutions that meet their needs.
