Location: Remote (U.S.-based; preference for Western U.S.)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by selling our market research consulting services to customers in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, existing connections with material procurement teams at semiconductor fabricators, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities for research consulting, custom reports, and subscription services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within procurement and sourcing departments at semiconductor fabricators.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.

Provide regular feedback to the research team on client needs and market trends.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements:

3+ years of successful sales experience selling market research consulting, reports, or professional services to the semiconductor industry.

Existing relationships with procurement, sourcing, or supply chain contacts at semiconductor fabrication companies (fabs) highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field a plus.

Strong knowledge of the semiconductor market landscape, particularly materials and supply chain segments.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-starter with a high level of motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and events.

Based anywhere in the U.S., with a plus if located in the Western region (e.g., CA, AZ, OR, CO, TX).

Preferred Skills:

Experience selling to wafer fabs, foundries, or semiconductor material suppliers.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Full benefits package available.
