Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Position: Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer)

As a full‑time, W‑2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with 8‑12 pre‑qualified homeowners each week, deliver in‑home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high‑ticket sales. First‑year earnings range from $150K‑$200K, with top performers earning $300K+.

Hybrid work schedule, Virginia Beach, VA.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
