The Director of Service Role:

This permanent part-time position offers flexibility around your admin hours. It starts with a 5-week induction program that sets you up for success, supported by a mentor and our regional manager to ensure you shine!

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Building fantastic relationships with your school and partnering on community events.
• Creating and delivering enriching experiences daily.
• Connecting with children and families in inspiring ways.
• Leading a passionate team of educators while having fun!
• Managing compliance and medical documentation professionally.
• Acting as the key link between TeamKids and your school community.

Service Hours:

Before School Care from 7:00am to 9:00am, After School Care from 2:30pm to 6:15pm, plus admin hours.
