Note: Due to the nature of this role, applicants must have a driving licence.
No previous care experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided by our award-winning learning & development team. This includes classroom sessions, e-learning, shadowing current Support Practitioners, and meeting the people you will support.
We also fully finance and support your achievement of the SVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification.
Flexibility is essential, as shifts vary from early, back, late, to sleepovers.

All successful candidates will receive a conditional offer, subject to references and PVG checks. Having a conviction does not necessarily disqualify you from working in this sector. All new staff must register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting.
