Outreach Worker Vacancies

Venn Group has been approached by a Support Organisation to fill the following positions:

Position Details:
  • Rate: - p/hour (PAYE, including holiday pay)
  • Duration: 8-12 weeks
  • Hours: 36 hours per week over 4 days, typically 9am - 7pm, including occasional weekends (1/3)
Role Responsibilities:
  1. Operate street outreach services to support individuals sleeping rough in Cheshire West and Chester.
  2. Collaborate with partner agencies such as police and mental health services to address barriers.
  3. Assist individuals with access to welfare facilities and develop plans to help them transition away from street homelessness.
  4. Coordinate with local CCTV, police, community safety wardens, fire services, and the public in identified 'hot spots' for quick response.
