An established industry player is seeking an Outreach Tutor to provide personalized education to young people in Hornchurch. This role is perfect for experienced educators looking to step away from traditional classrooms and make a meaningful impact. As an Outreach Tutor, you'll create and deliver bespoke lessons aimed at bridging educational gaps and enhancing student engagement. You'll work closely with each pupil to monitor their progress and adapt your teaching methods accordingly. This opportunity allows you to inspire and motivate students who have faced challenges in their educational journey, helping them regain their confidence and love for learning.
Prospero Teaching is looking for an Outreach Tutor in or around Hornchurch to deliver bespoke education packages on a 1:1 basis to young people that are not attending school.
As an Outreach Tutor, you must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels. This opportunity is great for an experienced teacher who is looking to step away from the classroom to offer more personalised, enjoyable lessons.
Most of these pupils will have been out of education for some time, so their confidence levels may be very low. It is your responsibility to reengage them in their learning and offer structure back into their daily routine.
Prospero Teaching will work with you closely to monitor the progression with each pupil and support effective learning.
