Ideal candidates are caring and friendly, with experience as a Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Tutor or Mentor. Part-time or full-time hours are available; most referrals are 10–15 hours per week, with full-time roles via multiple students.

The ideal candidate would have a caring and friendly nature, allowing them to build a rapport with the young person.
