A social care service provider in Enfield is seeking an Outreach Team Leader for a 2.5-month contract, responsible for providing high-quality services to social care customers. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory experience, knowledge of supporting vulnerable individuals, and understanding of CQC standards. Immediate availability is required.

Rate of Pay: £15.79- £19.87 per hour
The Outreach Team Leader is responsible for providing high-quality, safe, person-centered services to social care customers, ensuring a focus on Wellbeing, Promoting Independence, and Healthy Life Styles based on principles of choice, rights, and control. This role involves comprehensive support provision, staff management and development, and actively contributing to the overall smooth running of the service in line with CQC fundamental standards and Council policies. The Team Leader will also act as a key support to the manager by deputising and taking responsibility for specific parts of the service.
