Our Outreach service operates within a community-based setting, providing personalised support to individuals by enabling and promoting independent living. Focussing on empowering individuals to live as independently as possible by offering assistance tailored to their needs and personal goals, we are looking for two Support Workers offering 20 hours per week.
We provide support with essential daily tasks such as shopping, attending appointments, and managing household responsibilities. Our aim is to support individuals with the skills and confidence to navigate their daily routines while fostering self-reliance.
Additionally, we encourage participation in a variety of social and recreational activities like going to the cinema, visiting local cafes, and attending community events. These activities help individuals engage with their community, build meaningful connections, and enjoy a fulfilling and inclusive lifestyle.
Our service operates 7 days a week, offering flexible working hours between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Many of the services start at the individuals homes which span across the Great Glasgow Area.
