An established industry player is seeking an Outreach Family Support Worker for a vital role in Liverpool. This position focuses on empowering families through early intervention and collaboration with multi-agency partners. You will conduct assessments, develop support plans, and engage directly with children and young people to foster positive outcomes. Rate of Pay: £14.21 - £17.90 per Hour
