Fulwood Hall Hospital within Ramsay Health Care UK seeks an experienced Outpatients & Pre-Assessment Manager to lead and develop high-quality outpatient and pre-operative assessment services. You will provide clinical and operational leadership to ensure safe, responsive services across Outpatients and Pre-Assessment from consultation to surgery.

You will collaborate with consultants, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, optimise patient pathways and support

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
• Management experience in Outpatients or Pre-Assessment.
• Strong clinical background and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to Outpatients and Pre-Assessment teams, ensuring safe, patient-centred care.
• Promote high clinical standards and lead safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee pre-operative assessments and complex patient pathways.
• Ensure efficient outpatient clinic operations and optimal scheduling.
• Lead governance processes, monitor incidents and support quality improvement.
• Develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams with staff development.
• Manage departmental budgets and KPIs to support service growth.
• Build relationships with consultants and collaborate across departments.
