Healthcare Assistant | Outpatients | Bushey | Full time | Competitive Salary and Great Benefits

Spire Bushey has an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our staff in the Outpatients Department. This role involves working long and short shifts, including alternate weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide exemplary planned care for patients while managing more than one clinical team.
  2. Assist our clinical team in delivering high-quality care within the department, supporting the nursing team.
  3. Perform routine tasks related to patient care to ensure health and well-being.
  4. Move and set up diagnostic equipment (after training) and other resources, applying technology for measurement, monitoring, and treatment.
Who We're Looking For
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential.
  • Previous experience as an HCA in a hospital setting, surgical ward, or similar ward experience is required.
  • System literacy is essential; familiarity with MS Office and SAP is desirable.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are important qualities.
