We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our outpatient team at Blandford Hospital.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and hard-working, with good customer care, communication skills, and attention to detail.
You must be able to work accurately under pressure, remaining calm and courteous, and be able to work well as part of a team, supervising the team in the everyday running of the department.
You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and that of the team.

Your responsibilities include managing the clinic, supporting outpatient administrators, ensuring administrative needs are met to standards, and ensuring positive interactions with patients and contacts.
You will drive efficient and accurate booking of patient appointments, ensuring clinics are booked to full capacity.
You will be responsible for the clinic environment, including infection control, health and safety, medical device management, and IT device management.
You will manage the reception teams.
You will work at two small, friendly community hospitals with a family atmosphere and staff who prioritize patient care.

You will monitor the training needs of the team and conduct appraisals, supporting the Outpatient Admin Manager.
