Job description

Location: King Edward Outpatients (Frimley North Outpatients – Multi-site)

Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Duration: 24-month secondment

Band: 6

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our busy and expanding Outpatients Department. This is a fantastic development opportunity for a Band 5 or Band 6 RN looking to advance their leadership and clinical skills within a supportive and progressive environment.

You will act as a resource for patients, nursing, and medical colleagues, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care and supporting the development of outpatient services in alignment with the FHFT 2025–2030 Future Strategy.

  • You will be expected to demonstrate high standards, displaying a variety of expert clinical competence, role modelling clear professional and organisational values inleading OPD areas, additionally managing service requirements and supporting the Senior team.
  • In conjunction with Practice Development, you will assess and actively support the Registered Nurses and Care Support Workers to practice competently and develop within their roles to ensure a high standard of care and patient experience are maintained in line with the Frimley Health Strategy, vision and Values.
