Job summary

Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead our Outpatient Service. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality outpatient care, manage performance against KPIs and drive service improvements.

The role requires NMC registration, a nursing degree or diploma, and prior senior outpatient leadership experience. You will implement governance, safety standards and patient-focused care across the department.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing and active NMC registration.
• Recent senior experience in an outpatient department.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong focus on patient experience and safety.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and external standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the provision of outpatients.
• Oversee operational delivery of outpatients against KPIs.
• Ensure patient information is handled in line with Data Protection Act and policies.
• Promote best practice in health and safety and equality.
