A leading healthcare provider in East Sussex is seeking a part-time Receptionist at Conquest Hospital. The role involves welcoming patients, recording attendance, and ensuring effective communication. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and clerical experience, contributing to high-quality patient care.
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Receptionist based at Conquest Hospital.
You will be part of a team responsible for welcoming outpatients, recording attendance information, and making follow-ups in line with the Referral to Treatment: Access and Management Policy and Organisation Objectives.
You should be able to handle challenges, work under pressure, prioritize tasks, be computer literate, and flexible. Good customer service skills are essential.
The working hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, and Tuesday from 08:30 to 14:00.
