How you’ll help us make health happen:

As a Service Manager at Cromwell Hospital, you will support the development and growth of our managed Outpatient Clinics, covering specialties such as Urgent Care Centre, Audiology, Lung, Sleep, Neurophysiology, Primary Care, and other outpatient services. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, clinical safety, and exceptional patient and staff experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and strategic leadership to develop and grow Cromwell Hospital's managed Outpatient Clinics.
• Manage contracts and services with key partners and third-party providers.
• Coordinate service delivery at the hospital, collaborating with delivery partners and consultants.
• Drive clinical standards, governance, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies and service plans aligned with hospital goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support hospital strategy execution.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

• Management experience in outpatient or diagnostic healthcare (essential).
• Operational and commercial background (essential).
• Management training (essential).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and drive for performance.
• Commitment to honesty, integrity, and openness.
