• Participate in assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Prepare clinical area for safe practice and maintain cleanliness and equipment.
• Provide escort and transfer for patients as directed by the team.
• Maintain patient records securely and ensure privacy and dignity.
