Responsibilities

• Book patients according to policy and timescales.
• Maximise clinic utilisation and manage bookings and cancellations.
• Manage clinic templates and PTL tracking for deadlines and access targets.
• Generate and post partial booking letters.
• Loster- liaise with GP practices for referrals and information.
