The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years’ experience in a luxury environment, with essential skills in P&L management and business planning. Qualifications

The Place

Our client owns and operates Scottish high-end resorts, offering spectacular hotels, large-scale MICE facilities, and world-class golf. The resorts have benefited from recent new build and refurbishment investments. This resort property is affiliated with a worldwide Luxury Collection Brand.

The Outlet Manager Job

This challenging role requires knowledge of all bar standards, producing quality presentation, service, and products, and adhering to local legislation and hospitality standards. You will manage workload distribution among yourself and your team, responding appropriately to guest needs during hours of operation.

Leading by example, rewarding or managing performance as appropriate, you will create an environment where team members can take responsibility and develop their skills. You should understand how menu choices impact productivity and profitability and will develop creative ways to improve customer service. This is a busy, demanding role.

The Person we are after

You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar 5-star or luxury environment as a Food and Beverage professional. You may be currently a Head of Department or Assistant Outlet Manager with a proven track record and seeking to advance your career. Essential skills include:

• Understanding of operational P&L accounts
• Ability to deliver Food and Beverage revenue targets and maintain accurate stock audits
• Skills in business planning and people management
