Outlet Manager - Manko Qatar

Hotel: Doha Beach & Spa (DOHHA), Street 900, Bldg. No. 25, Zone 61, Al Dafna, West Bay, PO Box 6822, Doha, State of Qatar

As the Outlet Manager for Manko, you will lead the operations of your designated club. Your key duties and responsibilities will be to ensure profitable F&B operations, achieve outlet business goals, accurately forecast business demands, work with the team to develop & execute the marketing plan, ensure seamless execution of events, exceptional guest service, and profitability. Your leadership and vision will drive the nightclub's success and reputation as a premier nightlife destination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Daily Operations: Lead the operations of Manko Qatar, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional experience for every guest.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and develop a talented team, promoting high standards of service, teamwork, and hospitality.
3. Guest Satisfaction: Maintain consistent guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service standards, and ensuring attention to detail.
4. Financial Management: Control budgets and manage costs effectively, driving revenue and profit maximization while maintaining high operational standards.
5. Staff Training & Development: Train and mentor team members, encouraging growth and enhancing service delivery.
6. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the outlet.
7. Event Management: Help organize special events and promotions to engage guests and enhance revenue opportunities.

What We Need From You:
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

1. Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort, or high-end Nightclub.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing nightlife trends.
4. Ability to lead a large and diverse team.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
