Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory or management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hands-on, commercially minded approach
• Confidence supporting store operations and achieving sales targets
• Interest in outdoor products or outdoor industry

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager with the overall operation and performance of the store
• Leading, motivating and supporting the retail team
• Delivering excellent customer service and sharing product knowledge
• Driving sales and helping the store achieve its targets
• Supporting with staff training, development and day-to-day coaching
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising, presentation and store standards
• Taking responsibility for opening and closing the store when required
• Supporting stock management, cash handling and operational procedures
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
