Job summary

Roadhogs is recruiting a Pig Manager for an outdoor breeding unit in Suffolk (IP28). The 1,400-sow breeder-to-weaner operation offers promotion opportunities for successful staff. You will cover all pig husbandry aspects, farm management, machinery operation, welfare and safety, and work outdoors in all weather to hit production targets.

Salary is £34,000–£40,000 DOE. Benefits include paid holiday, a company bonus scheme, workplace pension, and protective clothing.
