AMJ Recruitment Group is seeking a Dispatch Pallet Bander to join a well-established team in Nuneaton. The role is full-time with Monday–Friday hours, outdoors in all weather conditions, and involves bending and lifting while preparing products for dispatch.

You will operate a handheld banding machine to secure products on pallets, prepare pallets for dispatch, and maintain a safe, organized yard. A Counterbalance Forklift Licence is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling pallets and shipments.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness for manual handling and outdoor duties.

Responsabilités

• Operate handheld banding/strapping machine to secure products onto pallets.
• Prepare pallets and products for dispatch and transportation.
• Ensure products are safely and securely banded.
• Carry out general yard duties as required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily dispatch requirements.
