Job summary

Haulfryn is hiring a Maintenance & Hot Tub Maintenance Person at Brokerswood Holiday Park. The role covers servicing lodges, hot tubs and park facilities to high standards, with a 40-hour week and permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Hands-on problem-solver with great attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
• COSHH experience working with commercial cleaning chemicals is desirable.
• Experience in general maintenance or practical DIY skills (e.g. basic plumbing, decorating, repairs).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the team across lodges, ensuring hot tubs are functioning and maintained to a high standard.
• Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing and deep cleaning on changeover days.
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep hot tubs and accommodation in excellent condition.
• Perform general maintenance tasks across the park (plumbing, decorating, repairs).
• Ensure accommodation is maintained and ready for guest arrivals to a high standard.
• Complete compliance paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and supplies.
• Follow health and safety procedures and use of PPE.
• Contribute to a five-star guest experience by resolving faults and maintaining operational excellence.
