We have a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic Outdoor Maintenance (Gardening Operative) to join our team in Market Harborough and surrounding areas. This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining green spaces.

In this role, you’ll be expected to work at a consistent, efficient pace while ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly. A proactive attitude and the ability to use your own initiative are essential. Experience with grounds maintenance tools and machinery is required.

Your role will be varied daily to include tasks such as:

1. Mowing grass areas
2. Trimming bushes and hedges
3. Maintaining public areas
4. Cemetery Maintenance
5. Fly tip removal
6. Weeding

Please note you must have your own transport to apply for this position.

Duration: Immediate start following successful interview and site induction.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.21 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.

Working Hours: From Monday to Friday, starting at 07:30 to 16:30.

Closing Date: 2025-06-19

Experience & Qualifications
