Job summary

Reigate Priory School invites an Outdoor Learning Co-ordinator to shape experiential learning beyond the classroom. You will organise residentials, trips and on-site experiences that bring curriculum to life, in alignment with school ethos.

Working 20 hours per week across 38 weeks (term-time), you will collaborate with Trip Leaders to ensure visits are carefully planned, costed, and communicated, enabling pupils to engage safely in tailored enriching experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and accuracy are essential.
• Ability to work flexibly in a busy school environment.
• Sound ICT knowledge is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and book five residentials across the year.
• Organise day trips and onsite visits to support Theme Days for all Year Groups.
• Work with Trip Leaders to plan visits, ensuring costed, organised and communicated arrangements.
• Enable pupils to participate in tailored experiences that bring learning to life.
