• Student Engagement: Inspire students through nature-based activities, fostering teamwork, resilience, and confidence.
• Project Leadership: Oversee outdoor projects and excursions, ensuring safety and meaningful learning experiences.
• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with teaching staff to integrate outdoor learning into the wider curriculum.
• Progress Monitoring: Track student engagement and development, contributing to progress reports and reviews.
