Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting Labourers to support a Wick outdoor project. This temporary role offers a competitive hourly rate and a stable rotation pattern, with accommodation available if you do not live nearby.

You will work Monday to Friday in remote outdoor locations, handling tools and materials, helping site prep and keeping the work area tidy, while following all health and safety procedures as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• Previous labouring or outdoor/manual work experience preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscientious.
• Working 5 days per week.
• CSCS card essential.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of tools, equipment and materials.
• Supporting site preparation and maintaining a tidy working environment.
• Following all health & safety procedures on site.
• Working effectively as part of a small team in remote outdoor locations.
