Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting two Drilling Assistants/Labourers for a major outdoor project around Loch Kemp/Loch Ness. You will assist drilling teams and handle tools in a remote environment on a 15 on/15 off rotation.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£15–£16) and accommodation nearby. Start is from mid September with a six-month contract and ample opportunities to gain field experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor or manual labour preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting two Drilling Assistants/Labourers to support a major project based around the Loch Kemp/Loch Ness area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team on an exciting outdoor project with a consistent rotation pattern and competitive hourly rate.

• Supporting site preparation and maintaining a tidy working environment
• Following all health & safety procedures on site
• Working effectively as part of a small team in remote outdoor locations

What We're Looking For

• Previous labouring or outdoor/manual work experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking and safety‑conscious
• Ability to work on extended shift rotations (15 on / 15 off)
• CSCS card desirable but not essential
