QS Recruitment Ltd. is seeking refuse loaders for early-morning outdoor work in the Swadlincote area. The role involves loading bins onto refuse lorries to serve the local community, with immediate start available for reliable candidates.

Contract type is temporary, with an hourly rate of £13.26 to £13.60. The standard shift runs Monday to Friday from 06:00 to around 14:30, with holiday accrual up to 28 days pro rata. Closing date is 23 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
• Experience in outdoor, physically demanding roles is advantageous.
• Having your own transport or living nearby is essential.

Job Description

REFUSE LOADERS - EARLY START - OUTDOOR WORK - IMMEDIATE START.
As a bin loader you will play an important part in serving the local community, working on refuse lorries to collect household and garden waste bins.

Duration: Ongoing work available with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This role pays £13.26 to £13.60 per hour.Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.We do not offer visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 until around 14:30.
