Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a physically fit bin loader for the Coalville area, working outdoors with early starts. The role involves collecting household waste and recycling with the bin lorry crew, requiring good fitness and the ability to lift and walk long distances.

You will work four days a week (Tuesday to Friday) from 05:45, with around 37–40 hours and a three-day weekend. This temporary position offers immediate start and PAYE pay rates rising after 12 weeks.

Job Description

Do you enjoy working outdoors in a physical role with early starts?
We are expanding our team of refuse loaders in the Coalville area. If you have previous loading experience, you are happy working in a manual job, outdoors come rain or shine, we want to hear from you.
Working as a bin loader is a vital job in the local community. You will go out with the bin lorry and your team to collect household general waste and recycling. This job involves lots of walking and lifting so you must have a very good level of fitness. PPE is required to be worn at all times whilst working for health and safety purposes. We are looking for reliable staff who want regular work with an immediate start.

Duration: Regular days and full time hours available.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.71 per hour (PAYE) for the first 12 weeks. After this your rate will increase to £13.05 per hour.

Working Hours: You will work 4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday from 05:45. You can expect to work around 37-40 hours over the 4 days but then benefit from a 3 day weekend each week.
