Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Ltd. is seeking a Sales Assistant (Customer Advisor) in Belfast to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find the right outdoor gear. The role includes joining a team that values training, growth, and a strong store presence in a busy retail environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with gait analysis, boot fitting, and rucksack fitting, supported by ongoing training from top outdoor brands. Weekend shifts are included in a friendly, active team setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a standout shopping experience by understanding each customer's needs and helping them find the right outdoor gear.

• Build product knowledge through expert training and hands-on experience to offer reliable advice.
• Learn and deliver specialist services like gait analysis, boot fitting and rucksack fitting with training provided.
• Help the store run smoothly by keeping shelves tidy and stockrooms neat and organised.
• Be part of a flexible team with weekend shifts to support customers when needed.
