An exciting opportunity awaits reliable and experienced Grounds Operatives to work in and around the Market Harborough area. This outdoor role offers ongoing, consistent hours with the chance to secure a permanent position.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work at a fast yet thorough pace, using your initiative to complete daily tasks. Experience with operating mowers, handheld strimmers, and hedge cutters is essential.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Mowing grass areas
• Trimming hedges and bushes
• General maintenance of public spaces
• Cemetery maintenance
• Fly-tip removal
• Weeding and tidying footpaths

You must have your own transport to apply for this position.

Duration: Immediate start following successful interview and site induction.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata. We do not provide visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 am to 4:30 pm
