Quantock Outdoor Education in Taunton is seeking a dynamic Youth Support Worker specialising in outdoor learning. You will inspire children and young people with additional learning needs to learn, develop and thrive, delivering bespoke outdoor education across multiple settings.

The role runs term time, 08:30–16:30, Monday to Friday, with the potential for change based on business needs. Applicants should have a driving licence, access to a vehicle, and prior experience with young people.

Qualifications

• Essential: Driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of bespoke outdoor education packages for a range of age groups and needs.
• Ensure the provision of safe, healthy and stimulating environments.
• Work across offices, classrooms and outdoor environments.
