Full-Time Early Years Practitioner - Outdoor & Montessori Focus LS2 Location: LS2, LeedsHours: Full Time - 4 or 5 days per weekPosition: Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified)Start Date: ASAP

I'm recruiting on behalf of a large, outdoor-focused day nursery in LS2, Leeds, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

This vibrant and child-led setting embraces a Montessori-inspired approach to early education, encouraging independence, creativity, and hands-on learning. With extensive outdoor spaces, the nursery places a strong emphasis on outdoor play, exploration, and nature-based learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who believes in holistic, child-centred practice and is eager to grow within a forward-thinking, well-resourced setting.

About the Role

• Full-time hours over 4 or 5 days per week (flexible for the right candidate)

• Supporting the delivery of the EYFS through Montessori principles and outdoor exploration

• Working as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families

• Planning and delivering high-quality, child-led learning experiences

• Creating a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment - both indoors and outdoors

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (Essential)

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

• A genuine passion for outdoor learning, nature play, and Montessori-style practice

• Confident, nurturing and able to work well in a team

• Excellent communication and observation skills

• Commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion
