A leading international company in London is seeking a proactive individual to join their team in a customer support role. The successful candidate will ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams, respond to inquiries promptly, and contribute to the improvement of campaign processes. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this position. This role requires a minimum of three days in the office and offers a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration
Provide timely and accurate information to support the national and local sales teams in client discussions.
Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and all stakeholders.
Work closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Fulfilment teams to ensure customers receive accurate campaign information and any issues are swiftly resolved.
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of initiatives within Commercial Operations.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring thorough and efficient resolutions.
Develop strong relationships with customers and take a proactive approach in understanding their needs.
Provide inventory availability details for campaign bookings to sales teams and customers.
Accurately allocate designs and customer information into internal systems.
Ensure all bookings are processed accurately, meeting customer requirements, and provide comprehensive booking documentation for campaign fulfilment.
Deliver post-campaign analysis to review and enhance campaign performance.
Data & Process Management
Respond to all customer and commercial emails within 4 hours.
Ensure 95%+ of compliant campaigns are delivered as planned by meeting Print and Delta deadlines.
Review and approve customer copies following Copy Approval guidelines, ensuring correct assignment for print.
Proactively follow up with customers and commercial teams on artwork submissions and late artwork.
Collaborate with Fulfilment teams and print partners to resolve any posting issues.
Office attendance: A minimum of three days per week is required. Specific office days may be determined based on business needs and team collaboration requirements.
While this role follows standard working hours, flexibility may be required during campaign preparation and print deadlines.
