Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is seeking an AV Field Service Technician to maintain and repair large-format LED displays and digital signage across London and the South. The role requires hands-on electrical maintenance experience and the ability to travel between sites.

You'll work with the Digital Manager and remote support to ensure displays stay operational, with ongoing training, a company van, and a generous benefits package. Alecto Recruitment Ltd is an employment business for this vacancy.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Strong electrical fault-finding ability essential.
• Experience carrying out preventative maintenance preferred.
• Good organisational skills and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) expected.
• Excellent communication skills across teams and clients.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Flexible approach to working hours when required.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Reactive Maintenance & Repairs: respond to faults within SLAs (4, 12, 72 hours) and diagnose issues quickly.
• Preventative Maintenance: conduct scheduled visits, clean displays, inspect components.
• Site Responsibility: complete work safely, follow H&S procedures, manage reports.
• Inventory & Stock Control: manage parts in vehicle, monitor stock levels, generate reports.
