Job summary

PGL Travel in Ashford is seeking an Outdoor Activity Instructor / Group Leader to deliver engaging activity sessions for groups of young people. The role is a Full Time Fixed Term contract with pay £13.45 per hour and optional accommodation.

You will lead activities, supervise meals, assist with equipment, and contribute to a safe, fun outdoor learning environment. Prior experience isn’t required; your energy, enthusiasm, teamwork, and resilience are valued, with overtime opportunities during

Qualifications

• No experience required; character and attitude are valued.
• Energetic, confident, and willing to put in effort during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Run activity sessions with groups and lead safe, engaging outdoor activities.
• Assist with campfire lighting, meals, and group logistics.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; help with shelter building and other hands-on tasks.
• Provide support to hospitality colleagues and help guests have a positive experience.
