Job summary

Covetrus in Dumfries is seeking an Operations Assistant to join the outbound team on Sundays to Thursdays. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with afternoon/evening shifts, and you will pick and pack orders, use scanners, and help despatch goods in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking and packing with accuracy.
• Able to operate scanners and follow packing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately on conveyors and packing areas.
• Package parcels securely and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Use scanners to locate and process items efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working environment.
• Assist with despatch and labeling for internal transport network.
• Support others and adapt to changing priorities.
