With the demand for flat share rentals and affordable living rising rapidly in the United Kingdom, we are looking for a confident Sales Caller to join our motivated team. This role offers the opportunity to work for one of the UK’s premier and fastest-growing flat share agencies.

The Role

The objective is to book as many viewing appointments as possible for our sales team, which involves:

• Calling estate agents and homeowners in the UK to promote our rental and management services.
• Organising viewing appointments for our sales team.
• Following up on leads to arrange viewings.

Place of work

Remote – work from home or any suitable location to achieve the best results.

Candidate qualities:

• Basic knowledge of the UK property market
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Good phone manners
• Motivated by commission
• Willing to learn new skills
• Calm, professional, and well-organized
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Package

• £500/month basic salary
• £50 for each appointment booked
• Target: 35 viewings/month
• OTE – £27,000/year
