About

Outbound Telesales - Remote, Monday to Friday only, Full-time (37.5 hrs/week). Equipment provided. £24,500 basic salary | OTE £30,000–£33,000.

We’re hiring for a fully remote sales role with a well-established UK insurance provider. If you have experience in outbound sales, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking for a role that offers both stability and earning potential, this could be a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Make 150–200 outbound calls per day via an automated dialler.
  2. Speak with new, existing, and previous customers.
  3. Recommend suitable insurance products for household appliances and technology.
  4. Achieve daily sales targets (7–10 sales per day).
  5. Build rapport with customers while following a compliant sales process.
What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in outbound sales (call centre or telesales essential).
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace and stable internet connection.
